Making a Difference with COACHING

UNICEF Project

As a participating coach in a program agreed between the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the United Nations Children’s fund (UNICEF), I provided coaching services to UNICEF staff under the New and Emerging Talent Initiative (NETI programme).

The coaching sessions conducted included:

  • Debrief on participants’ results in a variety of performance documents to recognise strengths, blind-spots, as well as on assigned work goals as part of the NETI programme.
  • Focus on specific issues/areas identified by the participant which arise from the above analysis.
  • Discussion on actions for development to take place and completion of a continued individual development plan in line with the NETI assigned goals.

UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, works in 158 countries globally. Guided by the Convention of the Rights of the Child, UNICEF strives to establish children’s rights as enduring ethical principles and international standards of behaviour towards children.

Founded in 1995, the ICF is the leading global organization for coaches, approaching 18,000 members in 91 countries, dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches.
